The best way to enjoy Complan Shake :

Complan shake is best made up with 200ml whole milk in order to achieve a higher nutritional profile.  However, you can also mix Complan with water or use it in cooking.

Each serving provides around :

* 250 calories when made with water

* 386 calories when made with whole milk

One Serving, when reconstituted with water is equivalent to a light meal.
Two servings are equivalent to a main meal

Once reconstituted, Complan Shake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours

Food for special medical purposes, for the dietary management of patients with, or at risk of developing, disease-related malnutrition.

Warnings :

For enteral use only - not for intravenous use.  Must be used under medical supervision, Complan Shake is designed as a supplement to the normal diet and is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. 
Do not use in children under one year of age.
Use with caution in children under six years of age. 
Not for use in Galactosaemia or cows' milk intolerance.
