Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray (Beclomethasone Dipropionate) is an effective treatment for hayfever.
Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a steroid. It acts by reducing the inflammation in your nose. This inflammation is responsible for your hayfever symptoms, e.g. sneezing, and an itchy, blocked up or runny nose.
Before using your medicine :
Some people can be allergic to this medicine. If you can answer yes to any of the following questions, tell your doctor before using this product. If you develop a rash or swelling, stop taking this medicine and tell your doctor immediately.
* Are you pregnant or do you intend to become pregnant?
* Are you breast feeding a baby?
* Do you have kidney problems?
* Are you suffering from either a nose infection or sinus trouble?
* Have you ever suffered from glaucoma (raised pressure in the eye, eye pain or blurred vision)?
* Have you recently been treated with a steroid injection or taken steroid tablets for a long time?
Do not use this nasal spray if you think you may be allergic to any of the ingredients.
After using your Nasal Spray -
The most common side effects are dryness, irritation of the nose and throat, and an unpleasant taste and smell.
Other side effects include :
* Nose Bleeds
* Glaucoma (raised eye pressure, eye pain or blurred vision)
* Sore inside the nose
* Slow growth in children (only in rare cases where the child has received treatment with this drug for a very long time - these children should have their height monitored regularly)
If you should suffer from any of these undesired effects please tell your pharmacist or doctor :

This spray is not recommended for children or adults under 18 years of age
Do not take this medicine after the expiry date shown on the label
Discard contents 3 months after first opening
Protect from light and do not refrigerate
Store at a temperature below 30ºC (86ºF)
